MARGAO: Students seeking admissions to Chowgule higher secondary found themselves in a tight spot on Tuesday as the Chowgule HSS refused to reduce the cut-off percentage, while Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar told a group of parents that the government cannot intervene in the matter when the process is underway.
