To be clear it’s absolutely essential to have toilets and changing rooms on the beach and let there be no doubt about it.
However, what concerns me is the known “credibility” and incompetence of the Panchayats and the related authorities in doing it the right way, as we can see from how Colva is being messed up with filth over these years and it’s getting worse!
So it’s important to raise important questions so to make sure it’s done the right way and with proper planning by credible experts.
