The newly-constructed bypass from Borim bridge to Raia is in a pathetic shape. The road, has fallen apart during monsoons.
I fail to understand how a newly-constructed tar road can turn into a mud road in few months, with so many huge potholes.
Is the newly-built road endorsed by the concern authorities? This road is an important link to the commercial city of Margao and industrial estate town of Ponda. Many accidents too have taken place on this road.
