The BSNL landline and broadband services are out of order in Tivim for the past one week. We have registered online and offline complaints too but nothing has been done so far. We’re running from pillar to post to get our internet connections fixed.
We’ve tried calling the exchange supervisor, the junior engineer, Assnora Exchange, Mapusa office and even our local MLA but nothing has been done.
Most of the time their phone number are not reachable or they don’t answer. And the Tivim Exchange is always with its shutter down. This is not the first time it’s happening. They’re become habitual to this.
The nation talks about going online, the classes for the students are online, bill payments and shopping is done online. If the broadband doesn’t work how are we supposed to do all this?
