After mass Voluntary Retirement Scheme of the BSNL staff, the service provided now is very poor. For the last seven days there is no BSNL mobile network in the village of Collem.
The prepaid mobile subscribers are the most affected people. The government has given online training to the teachers, but without a network no child can be provided with education.
Most of the schools have started online education to the Class X students. The BSNL mobile network is the worst network in the village of Collem so far.
Many students appearing for the online examinations for further professional education cannot answer their examinations without the network.
My letter to the General Manager of BSNL has fallen on deaf ears. I request the concerned authorities to provide uninterrupted mobile service.
