It has been noticed that many bikers are now skipping traffic signal when it’s red, at important junctions.
Furthermore, I could see cars tinted to the maximum (one car in Margao had the maximum tint with a number plate having an American flag sticker pasted on it).
Many are seen dangerously overtaking from the left, while the Regional Transport Office (RTO) officials are busing giving fines to those not wearing helmets few metres away.
Can the RTO officials clarify, if traffice signals are monitored with CCTV cameras, and if rules/fines are only for some and not for others?
