Many accidents too have been reported in the past due to these stray cattle suddenly coming in the middle of the road.
What seems to be more surprising is the fact that though the authorities know the problem they have still turned a blind eye towards it. What needs to be done is that the owners of the stray cattle should be fined heavily. Proper cow sheds have to be maintained before handing it over to the owners. Through citizen herald column I appeal to the concerned authorities to take strict action on this and make the roads free from stray cattle.
