Clamping wrongly parked two-wheelers

The usual procedure adopted against those parking their two-wheeler wrongly or parking them in the parking lot meant for four-wheeler, is to lift the vehicle onto a recovery van. This could involve the use of the municipal vehicle to move the two-wheeler to the police station.
This is a cumbersome process and hence many a times no action is taken against those wrongly parking their two-wheeler. It must be said that clamping the two-wheeler is a better and easier option than lifting the vehicle onto a truck which also involves the services of the municipal staff.
All wrongly parked vehicles, two-wheeler or four-wheeler, need to be clamped and the violator penalised as per the rules.
