Mapusa Municipality Council officials are very lazy and also careless as towards cleanliness in the town. Lot of money is spent on beautification of the entrance to Mapusa town, but look at the dirty footpaths and dust and mud that is gathered below.
No municipal workers are deployed to clean these footpaths. Also the fish market is always dirty with pan-spitting marks on the walls. These structures are built from public money so the people concerned with maintenance should ensure that these places are kept clean.
