Two beehives have been noticed at the government office complex situated near the Civil Court at Tisk, Ponda. The situation proves dangerous for the higher officials and staff working at the premises as also the visitors coming here in large numbers for executing their official work.
In case, the bees happen to attack any person sooner or later, it will certainly have adverse consequences, at times, even death of precious human lives.
It is absolutely necessary that the officials as also the public at large are assured safety on a permanent basis. Hence, the concerned authorities should clear the existing beehives on priority basis so that safety is assured to precious human lives.
As on Saturday, October 31, situation in this regard was found to be unchanged. Let us hope that prompt positive action would follow in this serious matter in public interest.
