This slum exist blocks free movement of school children, staff, passersby and vehicular traffic. The same is occupied by the migrants living in an open and unhygienic area by misusing it for all their personal purposes for years.
It is pertinent to note and raise our voices as the slum is very close to the cross standing tall right in the middle of three-road crossings near the St Cruz church and the HSS hampering the smooth public movement after Masses and during and after school hours.
I appeal the concerned authorities to put an end to this health hazardous area by shifting them to a decent residential area.
