The road at Gonsua, Betalbatim village was constructed in the year 2008 and it was left incomplete because the road that proceeds through the land was not acquired and names of the property owners were not mentioned in the Land Acquisition Gazette Book.
As per the road plan attached, it shows that the road is being designed on the nullah, but no information is mentioned in the Land Acquisition Gazette Book and nothing is being done and left incomplete. It has been 13 years as of now, the road is still blocked and the road which proceeds through the land is being covered with residential houses.
Secondly, the road is in very bad condition and the road width is very narrow as compared to the acquired road plan.
We have tried to bring this problem to the notice of the concerned authorities in the past too. However, all efforts are gone in vain so far. We hope the concerned authorities will take concrete action this time.
