Government officials added that the roads were hotmixed on September 9 and all the potholes and other road issues had been addressed through the road repairs.
Cotta road hot-mixed
Reacting strongly to the claims about roads not being hot-mixed in Chandor (Citizen Herald, September 12), the Chandor Panchayat and PWD department have said that the main road from Cotta to Bindmimoll has already been hot-mixed.
