Crash-carrier along Chicalim slope necessary

A new culvert was recently constructed along the Chicalim slope leading to the Port Town. The road has also been widened which allows for smooth flow of traffic. However, along the edge of the road on the slope is a deep fall of several metres. There is a crash-barrier along the edge of the road on the slope for a certain distance. However there is no crash-barrier along the newly constructed road as seen in the photograph.
This happens to be a busy road with several trucks, trailers, tankers along with four-wheelers and two-wheelers moving up and down the slope every day. A crash-barrier along the edge of the newly constructed road seems necessary in order to prevent a major accident.
