While the billboard put up to welcome the BRICS delegates portrays a different picture, this particular intersection is considered most dangerous as it has a Petrol pump on one side where vehicles abruptly slow down and take a turn. Other side of the road, vehicles travelling at full speed, suddenly come to a grinding halt to wait and turn right to proceed towards Pirni at Verna which puts the vehicles behind at a great risk of collision.
The right hand side turn should not be allowed and blanked off considering it is a steep slope. Vehicles can go straight down and turn at the next circle. This will help in avoiding catastrophic accidents at this intersection and save lives.
The vehicles, wanting to come on the highway after filling petrol, oten block the view of those climbing the slope.
Some vehicles cross the straight line on the road thus breaking the rules of overtaking.
