With rampant hills cutting and destruction of forest cover for real estate development, the wild animals have made their way into settlement areas making life of the people especially living on hills side miserable, causing lot of destruction to their houses and fruit bearing trees with the monkeys being the worst culprits.
Hordes of monkeys move away from their habitat during this off season period when the fruit bearing trees on the hills no longer yielding any fruits they make their way downhill.
So, I request the Forest Department to declare the monkey as a vermin animal so that damage to property and vegetation is avoided and people get fruit of their labour.
