This hoarding located on the Bambolim-Siridao highway slope causes a momentary distraction to all drivers irrespective of their genders due to the sheer nature of the billboard display. This momentary distraction can easily cause accidents and prove fatal for motorists considering the location which is a steep slope on the NH-17 highway with a U-Turn.
It is very surprising to me that this billboard has not been found objectionable and dangerous at its present location considering the route being frequented by all elected representatives and government officials.
Billboards, which can cause a fatal distraction to the drivers, should be disallowed at locations like these which are accident prone and hazardous. The advertisement agency should realise that the product is not more important than lives of the people on the roads!
