The OSIA multiplex prominently located in Margao near the KTC bus stand which has cinemas, commercial, food outlets, offices etc, is in such a shocking state!
Practically no maintenance being done, filthy pools of water, animals all over the complex, garbage/stink all over the place; entire complex is in a horrible condition!
Who is responsible for upkeep of this massive complex? Also, how can the Government authorities turn a blind eye to all this; are they not supposed to pull up the those who are erring in their duties!
I request not only the local MLA but also the MLA’s constituents who are mainly visiting this complex, to please raise this issue with the government.
Surely this cannot be expected from a self proclaimed “double engine” Goa Government.
