As it is known that at present we have to register online for the employment card. However, each time I have used my number to register it shows that the number has been already registered which I have not done. Hence, I had to use my mother’s contact number.
After registering and filling all the details they rejected my application saying my Aadhar Card image which I uploaded is wrong when it is actually correct.
Later, they rejected it second time saying I have not put my experience certificate when it does not show me the option for the uploading of the experience certificate.
And this process takes a lot time. We need the card for our job purpose and this delay can affect us. When asked in the Labour Department they say they have no idea about how to work it. When we call the customer care the number always comes either busy or they do not answer the call.
