I am horrified and disgusted at seeing pictures of Goan beaches full of garbage left behind by the tourists. What do we do about it? Instead of complaining, these tourists should be fined heavily. Only then will they learn a lesson. Nothing will pinch them except a fine. I have seen people in high end cars throwing plastic bottles and packets while travelling. We lack complete civic sense. To me their wealth is meaningless unless they have the right values. Why do we not start with children, teach them to take care of their litter and the environment.
