Last week in the ‘Citizen Herald’ column I had highlighted the fact that fruit vendors outside the fish market in the port town of Vasco had encroached on the road. The encroachment caused inconvenience to vehicular movement and citizens. The authorities concerned took note of the same and asked the vendors to push back onto the road shoulder.
