As I was driving along the service road at Agasaim towards Margao, near the junction, one can see the protruding water pipes laid by the contractor of the flyover for the rain water from the top, which gushes out with tremendous force onto the service road. And if you have to been driving a car or riding the bike, this dangerously gushing ‘waterfalls’ splashes water on the windscreen or the rider which could lead to accidents or even injuries and death.
Why are the authorities concerned not taking action on the contractor for building something that is bound to cause an accident? I hope the PWD engineers who are cooling in their office seats are out in the monsoon to check the roads that run in our State and try to find solutions to such faulty incomplete works?
