Though we are in the midst of a pandemic, people prefer to spend some time on the beaches on a dry sunny day. But then, even the stray dogs are seen loitering on the beaches feeding on whatever is available or just chasing one another.
These stray dogs could prove dangerous as they can attack an unwary citizen taking a stroll on the beach sand. The children are more vulnerable to such attacks from stray dogs which could even be rabid. The authorities concerned should keep the beaches free from stray dogs and cattle, who present an ugly sight.
