According to the Swachh Bharat campaign our PM has initiated opening of thousands of pubic urinals. The whole point of this exercise is lost when such centres start charging an exorbitant fee of Rs 5 for using their facility for urinating.
Often the public urinals are not maintained properly forcing people to hold their noses when easing themselves.
Can the common man afford this? Why would he pay Rs 5 when he can go and pee behind the bushes?
A common charge of Rs 2 across the board will be the best boost this campaign can receive. Why do some charge Rs 2 and some charge Rs 5?
