In Goa, it is common for both the politicians to put up posters and hoardings wishing the general public on the festive occasion. Nothing wrong in doing so.
However, care needs to be taken while choosing the location for these posters and hoardings. They should not obstruct the view of the vehicular drivers at the road junction and pedestrians crossing the road. The hoarding in the photo is at a busy road junction and close to a pedestrian crossing. Such obstruction can lead to accidents.
