The BSNL broadband connectivity in Navelim and surrounding areas has been deteriorating over the past several days, with frequent service breakdowns and errant connectivity..
This has not just affected domestic users, students and othes, but also several banks in Navelim, Assolna and Velim, resulting in inconvenience to their respective customers many who have had to make multiple trips to the banks for their banking needs.
These days there is also a sudden rush for updating Aadhaar at banks.
Obviously, other commercial users may also be experiencing similar issues due to BSNL broadband connectivity.
Despite the consumers paying their bills in time they are inconvenienced due to the poor service.
We request the BSNL authorities to urgently investigate the cause of frequent breakdown in the BSNL broadband service in this area, and resolve the issue at the earliest.
