Attached is the picture of the Chapel in the heart of Margao, opposite Bank of India on the road to Pimpalkatta where the part of the front side is used to set up a shop of shoes/Chapals. Is it legal? The Margao Municipal says selling traditional stuff by our own Goans on the road side is illegal.
Is that shop in the picture not a sort of encroachment? I don’t blame the present government because it’s been there since quite a long time. Hope Fatorda/Goa Forward can watch this as it is just a stone throwaway distance from the MMC.
