I have noticed that street lights on the Mandovi bridge and parts of DB Road are turned off well before dawn/sunrise. This appears very dangerous to me because not only is visibility very poor but it is made worse by vehicles which need to switch their lights to high beam.
Keep the streetlights ‘ON’ till dawn/sunrise
Every second day or so, I travel early in the morning, around 6:15 am, between Porvorim and the Campal swimming pool (to either swim or run on the track). I use my bicycle.
