I travel sometimes from Panaji to Margao by using the means of Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) buses. Always, the buses are not available especially during peak hours like evenings, post 5:00 p.m. The KTC needs to make a rule that after every 15 minutes, at least one bus will leave. Otherwise, what is the meaning and use of a shuttle service?
