It is noteworthy to praise the Mapusa Municipal Council to change this once a garbage dumping site into a clean green site today.
I hope the residents of the area in Mapusa will support their municipal council in such initiatives to keep their surroundings clean and green. Let us hope others too will transform their area to be clean.
