The Government has made so interesting development in Panjim under Smart City Mission.
The walkway behind/below the Central library at Patto Plaza, Panjim is truly a delightful walk through the mangroves and it really was relaxing to sit in the shade of the mangroves listening to the chirping of birds, the water below the decks and the breeze was soothing.
Sad to mention that the maintenance of the walkways lacks any sense of smartness.
I hope the authorities concerned would be as motivated to maintain as they are to develop.
