Leakage of water on Kadamba bypass road

I would like to report a water leak which is coming from a valve/joint of the main pipeline. It appears that this has been done by migrant workers, working nearby. It could either be the people working on the new Kadamba bypass or the nearby housing complex. No doubt everyone needs water, but it is the responsibility of their respective contractors to supply these basic requirements. These people use the water for a short time and the rest is wasted all day and night!! Hope the concerned people give them this basic necessity, because even if the leak is repaired, the same people will open it again.
