Acting on a Herald report published on 24 May titled ‘Locals paint speed breakers at Nagoa’, the Public Works department has instructed the Sarpanch of Village Panchayat of Nagoa-Arpora to take up the work of painting of two speed breakers (near Hotel Nagoa Grand) with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint as the same was constructed by the Village Panchayat of Nagoa-Arpora as per the Notification No. 23/4/BAR/MAG/05 (Vol-V) dated 21 June 2013 issued by District Magistrate, North Goa district Panjim.
