Though the road has been cleared of the mud, it is seen that huge boulders and some smaller ones are hanging precariously on the side of the hill along the Sada-Vasco road. These boulders which are resting on loose soil can come rolling down on the road which can prove dangerous to the road-users and pedestrians. Unless the concerned authorities act with a sense of urgency, it is a disaster waiting to happen and cause loss to life and property. Hopefully the matter will be brought to the notice of the PWD which needs to act and clear the boulders on a war footing.

Vasco Heavy rains during the past week had resulted in a land slide at Jetty in Vasco bringing down large amount of mud and uprooting trees.
