I request the Chief Minister, Director General of the Police, Director of Transport to stand at the Mapusa court between 9 am and 11 am and see the chaos taking place. Two wheelers are used as cargo trucks.
One finds beer or soft drink crates loaded on bikes, the boxes touching the chin of the rider. You may find a non Goan driving two-wheeler on the wrong side with a 12-feet ladder in a standing position or another two-wheeler with a 12-meter pipe on the shoulders of rider and pillion rider. You will see policemen talking on mobile and control police reading newspaper.
Suddenly two wheelers move with many chickens round its neck. So why only helmet rule? Why not enforce other rules aswell ?
