MAPUSA: Mapusa residents brought to the notice of Health Department that the sewerage water tank of one developer, located opposite to Shri Bodgeshwar Temple, is overflowing and the sewerage water in coming on the road.
In a letter to the Health Department, a local Sanjay Barde stated that this sewerage water flowing on the road is very unhygienic and likely to cause health hazard to the people walking along the road. As the sewerage water gets mixed with rain water, the people are unable to make it out it’s a sewerage water.
“I request the authorities concerned such as the Mapusa Municipal Council and the Health Department to look into the matter and take necessary action,” Barde said.
