I had gone to Matahny Saldanha Complex in Margao to collect non availability certificate of my grandmother on 2nd floor at counter no 10. There was a big queue of persons who had come to collect documents. But on the counter there was single lady who dealt with this and sometimes she had to go to other counter.
This lady, I observed, doing of her work with enthusiasm and honestly but it took her long time. I stood in line for nearly an hour. I think this lady should be given an assistant to help her so that we people can save some time.
Sub registrar officer should walk around and make some changes and ensure there is a smooth flow of work.
