The letter box installed at the bus shelter situated opposite Bina Punjani Hair Studio along Rua-De-Ourem Road in Panjim does not carry clearance timing on it.
Hence, the customers wishing to drop their important letters are unable to guess the delivery details of the same. In the absence of necessary clearance timing, the people prefer to visit the Head Post Office to drop their letters.
As on Saturday, situation in this regard was found to be same. In order to enable the customers to guess delivery details of letters dropped at the above letter-box, it would be appropriate for the postal authorities in Panjim to take a note of the fact and mention clearance timing on the letter-box for the benefit of customers. Prompt favourable action in this regard would indeed be appreciated by one and all.
