Mention clearance timing on letter boxes

Although the postal authorities have been mentioning clearance timing on the letter boxes installed at different locations,

still there are some which do not mention the same. In the absence of clearance timing, public at large are unable to get the delivery details of their important letters dropped in these letter boxes. In public interest it is absolutely necessary for the postal authorities to mention the clearance timing compulsorily so that customers can get the delivery details of their mail. Seen in the picture is a letter box (without clearance timing) installed outside the post office branch at Queula in Ponda. The photograph was clicked on Saturday, November 26 at 7 am and the lock on this letter box was found to be broken. This raises the possibility of important letters either getting misplaced or lost.
