Just prior to the BRICS summit in October all the speed breakers along the VIP route were leveled up and hot-mixed making it a smooth surface but on the Nuvem bypass stretch four hump type speed breakers were dug out leaving a trench like surface (as seen in the pic) but not levelled up. These dug up patches can be very dangerous during the night when motorists drive at high speeds more so as this is a one way road and there are no warning signs like white paint etc.
Why these four speed breakers were not leveled up like the others is hard to fathom or the PWD is just waiting for a serious mishap to happen and then get going. There have been instances of damage to vehicles also.
