MRP inflated on products

These days, consumers have to be more alert and focused while shopping, because, many shopkeepers and traders, despite making huge profits, cheat them. For example, some shops affix their own inflated MRP (maximum retail price) stickers on products; mineral water bottles of five and 10 litres, are sold above the MRP on the pretext of bottle charge, not bottle deposit, mind you.
Likewise, ice cream cones are sold above the MRP in the name of cooling charge. Can ice cream ever be sold warm?
Refrigeration cost is already factored in the MRP. If you think your regular grocer always sells quality items at low price, check with others. This may not be true. Once the customers are won, shopkeepers tend to overcharge.
