Vehicles, park so close together that it is impossible to step off the pavement to cross the road or step on to the pavement from the road.Then there are the cars which park across the pavement blocking your way forward. Do ‘No Parking’ signs in Goa mean something different to ‘No Parking’ signs in the rest of the world?
