The entire stretch of Miramar–Dona Paula road is lined with bright coloured plastic road dividers. This ensures motorists more safety as traffic moves systematically in the designated lanes and there are less chances of collision.
However, these plastic stubs have been installed without detaching the plastic sheeting covering them. These plastic wrappings which are covered with grime and dirt have come loose and keep flying. They are an ugly sight on the well laid out, though bumpy road.
Besides, some of the plastic wrapping comes loose and gets scattered on the streets and around. How could those who installed them not have had the presence of mind to remove the plastic wrappings? Could workers be given the task of immediately removing these shabby plastic wrappings?
