Please clean Mapusa city

Why has Mapusa become dirty and congested?
Obviously because those who are supposed to keep the city clean are not doing their job properly. See the state of Mapusa market, there is not enough parking place.
See the state of Bardez Bazaar too. Built on the edge of the road and the space around the government building, Bardez Bazaar often stacks empty crates to prevent people from parking their vehicles there.
Goans are not in the habit of approaching courts because our advocates purposely delay cases for their benefits.
Our councillors have a moral duty to see that all the Mapusa Municipal areas are kept clean; but are they doing their duty properly? Our footpaths too are not built in a proper manner and in some places the poor quality metal plates are not fitted properly and pedestrians find it difficult to cross the area, as some fall on the loosely-fitted blocks.
See the traffic light fixed near the Mapusa court. People are finding it very difficult just to move past the junction because the signal is faulty and everyone is trying to move at the same time.
The fish sold in the Mapusa market is often stale and put in a basket of ice, while our health department should be renamed ‘lethargic department’, as I have never seen a health officer checking meat and fish sold in the market.
With all these problems afflicting Mapusa city, I hope the authorities wake up and act. Will someone please help us?
