The photo shows garbage bins and garbage piled up behind Sao Tome Chapel, near Goa Post office, Panjim. This is a pathetic sight to the several passersby who frequent this place. Besides being a holy place, the least one could do is to keep the surroundings of the Chapel clean. The signboard enacted is only for name sake. Who follows it?
