Provide workers with rainwear

This contract labourer in the picture if with Cuncolim Municipal Council on house-to-house collection of garbage. Whether it rains or shines, most of these workers sincerely do their jobs and contribute towards the cleanliness of Cuncolim. I hope CMC is aware that we are in the monsoon and these workers needs to be provided with rainwear as it is not professional to work with one’s own umbrella in the rain.
