Public nuisance: urinating in public view

This is so shameful and degrading. Men think that they have the right to urinate any and everywhere. The time of the day doesn’t matter and neither the place, urinating publicly seems to be of no consequence to these men. So often they urinate right in front of the view of walkers and bystanders in broad daylight. Enough is enough! As a female walker this daily sight is becoming an abomination to women, children and public. How will our children learn, if adults, male parents do this in public without shame?
Is there no respect for women who are forced to see this ungainly sight daily? This is a public nuisance! Walking is promoted as good for health and most times a necessity. However, as a walker I feel less inclined to walk and for me it is necessity. I request the state, the government or those in authority to please take some serious action against these offenders. This is everywhere in Goa, but a very common sight in Taleigao and on the Fern Residency Road. Please help! Place CCTVs on this road. Make Goa clean!
