I have written a dozen letters regarding the mess at the court junction because of faulty way of putting the traffic lights. However, nothing is being done and the issue remains as it was.
At times you just get caught at the circle not knowing who has to go first and since everyone wants to go first and the policeman posted there is of no use.
I have been told that the traffic lights are put up by the Mapusa Municipality and I wonder if the chairman of the municipality can see the chaos taking place, instead of turning a blind eye.
