It is observed that the garbage is strewn all over the place at this garbage collection point in the heart of the Vasco port town near the football ground. Though, the waste is collected regularly, the stray dogs and cattle feast on it before it is collected.
As a result, the garbage is strewn all over the place. There are residential buildings, houses and shops in close vicinity. This garbage collection point needs to be relocated.
