Remove permanently parked private vehicles from Saligao roads

Former tourism minister/former local MLA of Saligao, Dilip Parulekar had done the beautification of some roads in the village, starting from Samrat Tea-Stall to the main crossroad junction (near the Government Primary School), also of the three other roads leading from the main junction to Hindu crematorium, to Virex Timbers and the road upto the main Saligao market.

These roads were widened to improve the daily traffic flow, fancy lights were installed on all these roads to make them look beautiful, especially at night and a footpath was also built for the benefit of all the villagers/others who go for morning/evening walks daily.

Unfortunately, today most of these beautified roads seem to have been taken over, especially the road from the main crossroad junction and leading upto the Saligao market area, as vehicles from buses to four wheelers belonging to private owners are permanently seen parked, even paraded for sale on this particular road from both the sides, leading to traffic jams.

Now,  the question which I would like to ask the concern authorities is that why are some private owners (including the outsiders) allowed to park their personal four-wheeler vehicles permanently and even allowed to parade them for sale on this particular road from both the sides near the Saligao market?

Was this road from the main junction and leading up to the market area beautified wasting so much of money to allow a few private owners of buses/four-wheeler vehicles to permanently turn the same place into a private parking area without paying a single rupee for the Saligao Panchayat?

I would therefore kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the problem and to do the needful at the very earliest to keep the road leading upto the said market, in particular, fully cleared from permanently parked private vehicles for the betterment of those visiting this place for different purpose on a daily basis in Saligao.
